User Profile Image Reece Had a really friendly, informative communication with Tanya from the start and all the way through. The house itself is charmingly old worldy with handy modern facilities and clean. I arrived and heard lots of "wow" and "amazing" from my friends who were exploring. The location is handily close to the town so we walked from the train station in about 10 minutes. The town itself (especially the Pantiles area) is full of unique shops and decent coffee / drinking stops. Reece August 2016

Very organised booking from start to finish. Tania accommodated our slightly out of the usual time span and squeezed us in between other guests. Beautiful house!! Perfect for our needs, really comfortable beds 🙂 Couldn't ask for more really

My friends and I have just stayed at this property for one night and it was perfect for us. The house itself has a really unique layout which is fun to explore and easily accommodated the 8 of us, there are 5 bedrooms (2 singles) and plenty of bathrooms and living space for all of us to use. It is a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk into town which was exactly what we wanted for our reunion night out. Tanya was very accommodating to our requests regarding check in and although a few of us arrived before the cleaner had left she was very friendly and didn't mind us leaving our bags in the house. If you are looking for a place to stay in Tunbridge Wells I highly recommend this property, thank you Tanya for letting us stay.

So ... I've stayed at a few AirBnB in the past 2 years. This rental was ideal. No issues at all. Landlord(lady) was very responsive to emails. Key collection (check-in) and check-out went without a problem. The house, although could take 8, we were 4, and took the 3 bedrooms on the lower level - another bedroom on main level and one upstairs. Clean, comfortable equals ideal. We stayed 3 nights, over the weekend. We would walk in to town and to the train station. I would stay again.

Very comfortable rental in a great central location for our family of 5. Historic home comfortably furnished and decorated reflecting the age of the property with mod cons of effective central heating, bathrooms and kitchen! Suited our family of 5 including 3 teenagers really well basing ourselves here for a week of visiting relatives close by and exploring the town. Car park access and egress is a little challenging but manageable.

We had a lovely stay at this spacious house. There were 7 of us ladies in our 40s who wanted to relax for a weekend. We were able to walk within minutes to restaurants/bars - location was perfect. The parking is a little bit limited if you have more than one car but you can park somewhere else close. The house is unique in terms of history and feels like you are staying in a clean, cosy museum!

For anyone wanting a truly unique living experience right in the centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells then Belleville is the place for you. Quirky yet comfortable with all amenities available and so close to some fantastic restaurants. Tanya, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at beautiful Belleville. It truly is an individual property and it surpassed our wants and needs. Thank you.

Belleville is an absolutely wonderful and definitely five star experience; the linens, beds and equipment was fantastic - this house is firmly entrenched into its amazing history and the owners have restored it immaculately. The location is central to the historic pantiles and it is truly a memorable experience. We spend the christmas period there and it was truly an authentic experience - thank you so much to Clare and Tanya.

Belleville is a lovely, historical and traditionally decorated house. It has plenty of room for adults and children and has everything you could possibly need. It is within walking distance to the centre of Tunbridge Wells. There's a couple of great pubs literally within a 2 min walk. The host was easy to communicate with and nothing was a problem. Very easy check in and check out making it a very present stay. Highly recommended! Thanks a bunch.

Interesting Period House in Great Location. We had a very enjoyable time at Belleville. It was the perfect setting for our weekend, we played Bridge in the genteel drawing room amidst beautiful antique furniture and period prints. The house and the rooms are more attractive than the photographs on the website. Situated on the common it is in easy walking distance of the town and the Pantiles and we made full use of the excellent local restaurants.

I organised my sisters hen do and found this house online. I had people coming from all over the country and we really wanted a lovely home to stay in. This house is absolutely stunning. It feels like home as soon as you walk in and has such a warm feeling to it. It's spacious, comfortable and outstandingly clean and tidy. It's in the perfect location too. I haven't got one negative thing to say about it. I was also extremely impressed with Tanya, the home owner. A fantastic speedy response to all of my hundreds of questions and always very friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this house enough! Get booked in!
